Eat Mediterranean, Live Longer

A recent study found that people who ate a Mediterranean diet (one that is rich in vegetables, fruits, legumes, cereals, fish, nuts, olive oil, and a moderate intake of red wine during meals, but is low in red meat, dairy products, and alcohol) had lower rates of death and chronic diseases. Eat up!

Med Kids Breathe Better

Children who ate a Mediterranean Diet had fewer asthma-related symptoms as well as lower incidences of wheezing, hay fever, sneezing and itchy-watery eyes.
